 On June 26, 2024, Mar Theophilus Training College conducted a Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management. The event took place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the college auditorium. Jobi Kondoor, the State Administrator of the Child Helpline from the Government of Kerala, served as the resource person for the program. The session aimed to equip participants with effective strategies for managing stress.

 Mar Theophilus Training College hosted an event on June 26, 2024, to observe Anti-Drug Day. The program included a session on drug abuse, an anti-drug pledge, and a documentary presentation titled "Drugs Kill Your Future." The event, organized by Team THANAL, featured Jobi Kondoor, the State Administrator of the Child Helpline from the Government of Kerala, as the main speaker. The principal in charge, Prof. Dr. Joju John, and the NSS Program Officer, Dr. Deepthi Elizabeth Mathew, were also in attendance. The theme of the event emphasized the importance of investing in prevention to combat drug abuse.

 Mar Theophilus Training College in Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, Nalanchira, recently organized a Reading Marathon in collaboration with the IQAC. The event, held on June 21 from 2:45 to 3:30 pm, was put together by the Reading and Oratory Club. Participants were encouraged to bring two optional representatives, and prizes were awarded. The marathon welcomed all attendees and promoted the slogan "Ready! Set! Read!!!!" Adheena and Arjun were awarded the first prize for their outstanding participation in the Reading Marathon.

The event featured Mr. Manoj G, a Higher Secondary School Teacher (HSST) from GHSS Venjaramood, as the speaker. The programme took place in the college auditorium and began at 1:30 PM.

The event highlighted the importance of reading and how it opens up new worlds and perspectives for readers.  The celebration was organized by the Department of Malayalam at a prestigious institution, as indicated by the logo and affiliation details on the poster. The colorful and engaging design included illustrations of books and a child engrossed in reading, reflecting the event's focus on encouraging a love for literature among participants.
