I was assigned kitchen duty for the day, where I actively participated in assisting with tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Alongside this, I also received substitutions in class 9 A1. During the substitution, I effectively utilized the opportunity to teach the topic "velocity-time graph and equations of motion." I explained the concepts in detail, focusing on the relationship between velocity, time, and acceleration, and their graphical representation. To reinforce understanding, I solved various problems on the board, encouraging students to participate and clarify their doubts. The session was interactive, and I made sure to adapt the pace to suit the students’ grasp of the topic. Overall, it was a productive and fulfilling experience, blending my responsibilities both in the kitchen and the classroom.

The day began with morning duty, ensuring discipline and setting a positive tone for the day. Kitchen duty followed, where I assisted in meal preparation, and cutting onions proved to be a challenging yet rewarding task. During the fifth hour, I had a substitution in class 9C, where I engaged the students in a fun-filled game of "20 Questions," creating a lively and interactive atmosphere. Reflecting on the day, it was fulfilling to balance multiple responsibilities, from teamwork in the kitchen to bonding with students through a playful activity. While the challenges of kitchen duty and managing students’ energy tested my adaptability, they also provided valuable learning experiences.

During the third hour, I had a class with 9A1 and started the lesson on **Laws of Motion** by introducing the concept of **force**. I explained the definition of force, its types, and how it acts on objects to change their state of motion or rest. The students actively participated, asking relevant questions, which made the session engaging.

Later, during the noon duty, I ensured discipline and monitored the students in the school premises.

In the sixth hour, I returned to 9A1 and continued the lesson on **Laws of Motion**, focusing on Galileo's observations. I elaborated on his experiments and how they laid the foundation for Newton’s first law of motion. The students listened attentively, and I used examples to clarify the concepts further. The day felt productive and rewarding as the students showed a good understanding of the topics discussed.
