📑21/10/2024  Assisted with kitchen tasks, likely involving food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness.   Observed a yoga demonstration led by Jiji Sir, gaining insights into how yoga benefits students’ well-being and classroom management techniques. Conducted a diagnostic test for 8F students, focusing on reinforcing challenging concepts and providing extra support. 📑 22/102024 I had a substitution during the 5th hour, where I conducted a remedial class on the topic "electroplating, thermochemical reactions," addressing the areas identified through achievement and diagnostic tests. In the 6th hour, I taught the topic "Reactions of Metals" to class 8F, elaborating on the chemical behavior of metals. I were also assigned morning duty for the day. 📑23/10/24 On the last day of my first phase teaching internship, there was a rush to collect evaluation sheets from the concerned teachers, both of whom gave me excellent ratings, which made me very happy.  📑14/10/24 During the 4th hour, a yoga demonstration was conducted, providing insights into TADASANA posture  for physical and mental well-being. In the 5th hour, I observed Sugaina's class to better understand her teaching methods and classroom management strategies.   In the 6th hour, conducted  a conscientisation program on the topic *"Into Adolescence"* at 8U, alongside Arjun Dean, Achal Grace, Anagha, and Shiji. Together, we discussed the physical, emotional, and psychological changes during adolescence, aiming to raise awareness and provide guidance to the students. 📑15/10/24 During the 4th hour, I handled a substitution class at 9 A1. I ensured that the students stayed engaged by interacting with them about their ongoing lessons and maintaining discipline throughout the period. In the 6th hour, I started a new chapter, *Metals*, in class 8 F. I incorporated ICT tools, such as videos and presentations, to make the lesson more interactive and engaging. Ad...

📑07- 10- 2024  Conducted sociometry at 8 F in the first hour. Carrying out sociometry with the students was a unique experience. They were excited as well, thanks to the novelty of the activity. 📑08- 10 - 2024 I was assigned to noon duty and conducted a Chemistry lesson for class 8F on the topic of electroplating, utilizing ICT resources to enhance the instructional delivery. 📑 09- 10- 2024 I taught the third hour of Physics to class 9 A1, covering the topic of "Impulse and Impulsive Force." Neena miss observed my lesson and later provided valuable feedback, offering strategies for improvement. Her suggestions focused on refining my teaching techniques, enhancing student engagement, and ensuring clearer explanations of complex concepts. Got substitution at 8 F... Where I introduced innovative model " Play with atom"....  📑10-10-2024 I have two classes. During the third hour, I taught Physics at class 9A1, focusing on Newton's Third Law of Motion, with Ancy...

Spin, Solve, and Build: A Hands-On Atomic Adventure 📖🎀

Image
I introduced the "Play with Atom" interactive activity chart to class 8F as an innovative way to make learning about atoms both fun and engaging through games and hands-on activities. The chart was designed with three interactive sections to ensure a comprehensive understanding of atomic concepts. The first section featured a spinning wheel game where students matched subatomic particles with their discoverers, fostering curiosity about scientific contributions. In the second section, atom detective  game challenged students to identify elements based on intriguing clues, sparking enthusiasm and critical thinking. The final section involved building Bohr models using provided descriptions of atoms, allowing students to visualize atomic structures practically. Each activity was structured to reward successful participation, motivating students to actively engage and enhance their understanding of atomic properties, structure, and history. The session was highly interactive, ...

📑30/ 09/2024 I didn't have a regular class today. Instead, I took on kitchen duty during the first hour, which involved cutting vegetables for about an hour – quite a tedious task. In the fifth hour, I attended a peer observation session to watch Anangha's class, where she used ICT to teach the topic of electronegativity. 📑01/10/2024 Went to take substitution in 9 J, kept the students engaged by assigning problems related to valency to help maintain quiet. During the 6th hour, I went to my assigned class, 8 F, and taught the topic 'Photochemical Reactions.' The class was interactive because the topic captured their interest. In the last hour, I had another substitution in class 8 D, and then I did line duty from 3:30 to 4:00 pm." 📑03/10/2024 I have an hour in 9 A1, where I introduced Newton's Second Law of Motion through interactive and engaging activities. During the fourth hour at 8 F, I explained electrochemical cells, utilizing ICT tools to enhance unde...
