 📑14/10/24 During the 4th hour, a yoga demonstration was conducted, providing insights into TADASANA posture  for physical and mental well-being. In the 5th hour, I observed Sugaina's class to better understand her teaching methods and classroom management strategies.   In the 6th hour, conducted  a conscientisation program on the topic *"Into Adolescence"* at 8U, alongside Arjun Dean, Achal Grace, Anagha, and Shiji. Together, we discussed the physical, emotional, and psychological changes during adolescence, aiming to raise awareness and provide guidance to the students. 📑15/10/24 During the 4th hour, I handled a substitution class at 9 A1.   📑07- 10- 2024  Conducted sociometry at 8 F in the first hour. Carrying out sociometry with the students was a unique experience. They were excited as well, thanks to the novelty of the activity. 📑08- 10 - 2024 I was assigned to noon duty and conducted a Chemistry lesson for class 8F on the topic of electroplating, utilizing ICT resources to enhance the instructional delivery. 📑 09- 10- 2024 I taught the third hour of Physics to class 9 A1, covering the topic of "Impulse and Impulsive Force." Neena miss observed my lesson and later provided valuable feedback, offering strategies for improvement. Her suggestions focused on refining my teaching techniques, enhancing student engagement, and ensuring clearer explanations of complex concepts. 📑10-10-2024 I have two classes. During the third hour, I taught Physics at class 9A1, focusing on Newton's Third Law of Motion, with Ancy miss observing the lesson.   📑30/ 09/2024 I didn't have a regular class today. Instead, I took on kitchen duty during the first hour, which involved cutting vegetables for about an hour – quite a tedious task. In the fifth hour, I attended a peer observation session to watch Anangha's class, where she used ICT to teach the topic of electronegativity. 📑01/09/2024 Went to take substitution in 9 J, kept the students engaged by assigning problems related to valency to help maintain quiet. During the 6th hour, I went to my assigned class, 8 F, and taught the topic 'Photochemical Reactions.'  27- 09 - 2024 I had no classes scheduled today, making it a relatively unhurried day. I was tasked with morning duty... During the fourth period, I observed Arjun's session on the topic of 'Chemical Changes'... The lesson was highly engaging and intellectually stimulating.

 📑26- 09 - 2024  I taught the topic "Rate of Change of Momentum" in 9A1 and was able to effectively explain the concepts using problems and activities. In 8F, I covered "Thermochemical Reactions," but due to the misbehavior of some students, I couldn’t deliver the lesson as planned.

📑25- 09 - 2024  Taught the topic "Momentum" in 9A1 using ICT and engaging activities, and also reviewed their notebooks. Additionally, I conducted a session in 8F on "The Impact of Social Media on Health and Self-Esteem" as part of the NSS Day celebration. During the session, I discussed the benefits and drawbacks of social media, the health issues related to its overuse, and provided proper awareness about the importance of controlled use, with the support of ICT.  

From sitting in desks to standing at the board – the journey continues ❣️

 We arrived at the school at 8:30 after the Onam vacation. I met with the principal and Ajesh Sir, who gave me the revised timetable. My new assigned teacher is Virginia Ma'am, and she gave me 8F, the same class I had taught before the timetable change. The students were happy to see me again, and I was able to remember most of their names. I started a new chapter, 'Chemical Changes,' and they actively participated in the teaching-learning process.
